Russia's FSB security service claims to have foiled an operation by Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR) to kidnap the son of one of its officers from Russian territory.

The FSB reportedly intercepted HUR agents illegally crossing from Lithuania into Kaliningrad, capturing footage of the arrest and testimonies from those involved.

The incident, which allegedly involved reconnaissance of the Russian border, is being investigated as suspected espionage.
